IT Support Specialist

About Us

We are a dynamic company seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position based in Lausanne.

What You'll Do

• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and related software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems in a timely manner.
• Manage IT assets and inventory.
• Document IT procedures and solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role (2-5 years).
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows), and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with IT support ticketing systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Office 365, G Suite, and Active Directory.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Relevant IT certifications are a plus.
