This role involves owning solution architecture, collaborating with various stakeholders, and mentoring team members to deliver cohesive solutions that meet client goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead sophisticated, multi-practice discovery sessions centered on achieving business outcomes rather than focusing solely on products
- Assume full ownership of solution architecture and technical strategy for medium to large-scale opportunities
- Proactively identify cross-practice opportunities spanning networking, data center, cloud, security, and platform engineering
- Ensure alignment across practices by driving cohesive architectural solutions and well-defined execution pathways
- Partner with Account Executives to influence deal strategy, qualification, and positioning
- Collaborate with Practice Directors and Principal Architects to validate solution designs, bills of materials (BOMs), and statements of work (SOWs)
- Serve as a key technical escalation point during advanced stages of the sales cycle
- Mentor CSAs and engineers in best practices for solution design, discovery methods, and consultative selling
- Contribute to the development of reusable solution patterns, reference architectures, and enablement resources
- Represent Myriad360 in senior-level client discussions, workshops, and technical briefings
- Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies to the requirements section
- Identify and escalate security risks to the appropriate Executive Leadership Team member and actively contribute to remediation efforts
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- 7–10 years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting
- Demonstrated success in designing and selling comprehensive, multi-domain enterprise solutions
- Advanced consultative discovery skills with a proven ability to guide client decision-making processes
- Broad technical proficiency across at least two Myriad360 core practice areas
- Capability to independently manage complex technical sales cycles
- Relevant OEM certifications are highly preferred
