Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms. Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Develop predictive models for areas such as customer behavior, market trends, and operational efficiency. Build and maintain data pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and feature engineering. Conduct A/B testing and other experimental designs to evaluate product features and marketing campaigns. Create and present compelling data visualizations and reports to stakeholders at all levels. Collaborate with engineering teams to productionize models and analytical solutions. Identify opportunities to leverage data science for business improvement and innovation. Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the team's technical growth. Stay current with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and cloud technologies. Ensure data quality, integrity, and ethical use of data. Qualifications: Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field. 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or statistical modeling. Proficiency in Python or R, and relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Extensive experience with SQL and working with large-scale databases. Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop). Strong understanding of statistical principles, experimental design, and A/B testing. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences. Proven ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote setting. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
