Remote Service Engineer Hospital Patient Monitoring

In this role, you provide solutions and advice to healthcare professionals to improve daily patient care.

Responsibilities

Your main missions are:

• Diagnose remote sources of malfunction and define the most appropriate solution
• Explain the process to improve user experience
• Advise hospital biomedical teams in managing their equipment fleet (monitoring and ventilation)
• Participate in the improvement of technical support tools and processes

You are part of:

The Health Systems France division, reporting to the Customer Service Manager. You will join a team of 8 experienced technical specialists, focused on listening to needs and resolving the issues of healthcare professionals.

Position based at the headquarters in Suresnes.

Qualifications

Your assets to succeed in this role:

• First technical and IT/network experience, ideally in the medical field.
• Good communication, listening skills, enthusiasm, and pedagogical approach.
• English read, written, spoken
