Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare & Review Returns: Deliver 100+ individual, partnership, S‑corp, and C‑corp federal and state tax returns per year using Intuit ProSeries, Drake Tax, and Xero while adhering to a 95% on‑time filing rate.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Conduct quarterly compliance checks for clients in Denver, Colorado and beyond, flagging potential exposure and providing actionable recommendations within 48 hours of discovery.
  • Tax Research & Analysis: Utilize CCH Axcess, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI to research statutory changes, model tax impacts, and produce concise briefing notes for senior leadership.
