Your Daily Life

Located 20 minutes from the Paris-Saclay Technology Hub, the site is one of the largest centers of excellence for surface radars. We contribute to developing, designing, integrating, and testing air surveillance radars for target detection and identification.

Within the SRA Business Line, the Radar Embedded Processing competence center is responsible for designing and delivering digital Hardware and software solutions for air surveillance or multi-function radars.

Our software handles all radar functions: OS customization, supervision, command & control, sequencing, signal and data processing, and operator consoles.

As the hierarchical manager of the development team, you will be responsible for the section in terms of HR and organization.

Your Missions

• Contribute to project success by managing the team's technical activities (workload planning, schedules, progress reports, etc.) with strong co-engineering collaboration: system engineering during the definition phase and test engineering during the verification & qualification phase.
• Ensure the professional evaluation and development of your team members.
• Ensure the implementation and application within the teams of the best software development practices and processes (Agile, Lean, continuous integration, software safety, etc.), in conjunction with representatives from various projects.
• Contribute to defining the subcontracting strategy and implementing it within the team's activities.
• Participate in cross-functional continuous improvement actions for practices, processes, and tools used within the department and/or the competence center.

Your Profile

With an engineering degree or equivalent (Master's degree), you have significant experience in real-time software development under Linux and initial experience in team management?
