Your Role

Joining our Bourges site means benefiting from a range of professional opportunities in different fields (production, engineering, customer support...). Join the Directorate that, throughout the development cycle, designs, manufactures, and tests our missile systems and associated equipment.

Reporting to the Industrial Coordination, you will be responsible for leading digital transformation projects for the benefit of all entities that make up the Industrial Directorate of MBDA France. Thanks to your skills, you will:

• Pilot a digital project related to the implementation of a workshop supervision system (production progress, machine status, energy consumption, etc.),
• Coordinate the deployment of cybersecurity measures on production resources,
• Build a strategy for collecting production data on OT (operational technologies) layers in conjunction with our MES. You will eventually become the Business Product Manager for our MES solutions to define and manage the associated roadmap,
• Work jointly with the business stakeholders of these entities (methods, maintenance, production managers, etc.) and ensure the link with the IT teams (IT project manager, network architect, etc.) and Security teams.

Travel between the Centre region sites is to be expected.

What We're Looking For

Graduated with a Master's degree (Bac +5) from a general engineering school or equivalent, you have a strong appetite for new technologies serving operational efficiency.

You have at least 10 years of experience in technical project management with significant operational stakes.

You have the following technical skills:

• Knowledge of IT systems (especially MES) and OT (network protocols, cybersecurity, programmable logic controllers (PLC)),
• Knowledge of IT/OT sector standards and regulations (e.g., ISA-95, ISO 27001, NIS2),
• Familiarity with current concepts in Data, AI, Generative AI, cybersecurity.

You know how to transform your solid analytical and problem-solving skills into innovative and practical solutions.

Your excellent communication skills and pedagogical sense allow you to make complex concepts accessible and understandable to non-technical stakeholders.

You know how to structure and support a long-term change process while regularly delivering successes for the business teams.

Compensation and Benefits

Our remuneration includes a fixed salary and additional individual elements (a variable part for our executives and an seniority bonus as well as an annual bonus for our non-executives) or collective elements depending on the company's performance and results (profit sharing, incentive).
