To support the strong development of our brands, we are looking for our Engineering Manager (F/H) to join our design office in La Grande Motte.

The Role

What will you do?

Reporting to the Director of Innovation and Development for Grand Large Yachting Méditerranée, you will manage a team of about fifteen technicians and engineers on the design and development of our projects for the Outremer & Gunboat brands.

In direct liaison with the Methods Department, Production, and Support Functions, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting your team in developing their skills: recruitment, integration, training, career management,
• Optimizing schedules based on service priorities to meet deadlines,
• Contributing with the teams to project execution,
• Ensuring the proper development of projects and adherence to our quality standards from design,
• Co-leading technical, technological, and organizational innovation to continuously gain expertise and competitiveness,
• Working transversally on the development of new projects with all company departments.

Candidate Profile

This position is for you if you:

• Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in team management within a design office,
• Are recognized for your leadership, agility, and versatility,
• Manage with trust and kindness,
• Speak English fluently.
