Your Daily Life

At the heart of Saint Quentin en Yvelines, the Elancourt site is one of Thales's most important technological centers of excellence. The diversity and technicality of systems and equipment mobilize know-how in over 80 professions in high-tech defense, security solutions, and digital services.

Within THALES LAS OME, the Missile Electronics Sector designs and develops equipment for missiles intended for major installations (RAFALE fighter aircraft, ships, land systems, etc.) as well as specialized test equipment adapted to these components.

The performance of this high-tech equipment is essential for the success of operational missions and for deterrence.

We offer you the opportunity to participate in the creation of innovative products, whether on-board or not.

You will join the project development delivery management team (consisting of 20 people) as an Engineering Delivery Manager to supervise the development of all test equipment/benches for one of the two most significant projects in the missile electronics sector.

Your Profile

With an engineering degree (Engineering School or University Bac + 5) focused on electronics, ideally with knowledge in high frequency, you have significant experience in managing engineering activities (global solution level or solution elements) or in systems engineering on complex projects. You know how to lead and manage projects from start to finish and you are capable of committing to delivering the solution while respecting deadlines, costs, quality, and performance objectives.

Your interpersonal skills, pragmatism, rigor, and curiosity will be essential to successfully carry out your mission. You know how to manage the complexity of a significant project and you know how to negotiate and convince.
