About the Role: Revenue Operations Manager

As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will steer, analyze, and optimize our entire revenue process – from the first touchpoint to existing customers. You will ensure that data, processes, systems, and KPIs work together seamlessly, enabling Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to make well-founded, data-based decisions.

In short: You will bring structure to our data, transparency to our funnel, and impact to our go-to-market activities.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end analysis, steering, and optimization of the revenue funnel from lead to existing customer, including conversion, attribution, and performance analyses.
  • Responsibility for data quality, data models, reporting structures, and meaningful dashboards in HubSpot for Marketing, Sales, and Management.
  • Conception, implementation, and continuous optimization of automations (workflows, lead routing, scoring, nurturing) to increase the efficiency of the go-to-market teams.
  • Functional ownership for HubSpot and connected tools, including governance, further development, and evaluation of new requirements.
  • Operational support and analysis of marketing, event, and go-to-market campaigns with a focus on measurable business impact (leads, pipeline, revenue).
  • Translation of complex data into clear recommendations for action and decision-making bases for Marketing, Sales, and Management.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Business Analytics – ideally with a strong HubSpot focus.
  • Very good analytical understanding and the ability to structure, analyze, and translate large amounts of data into concrete measures.
  • Solid experience with CRM systems, reporting, KPI logic, funnel analyses, and automations (workflows, scoring models).
  • Strong understanding of processes and interfaces in the collaboration between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Hands-on mentality, structured way of working, and the ability to take over external setups and gradually transition them into a scalable in-house structure.

Requirements

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations oder Business Analytics – idealerweise mit starkem HubSpot-Fokus.
  • Sehr gutes analytisches Verständnis sowie die Fähigkeit, große Datenmengen zu strukturieren, zu analysieren und in konkrete Maßnahmen zu übersetzen.

  • Hands-on-Mentalität, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, externe Setups zu übernehmen und schrittweise in eine skalierbare Inhouse-Struktur zu überführen.

  • Übersetzung komplexer Daten in klare Handlungsempfehlungen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Marketing, Sales und Management.
