SaaS Solutions Architect (Dataverse & Compliance)

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a SaaS Solutions Architect (Dataverse & Compliance) who will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between high-level software development and regulatory compliance. This is not just a coding role; it is a regulatory and risk management position that requires a deep, practical understanding of compliance frameworks. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a client-facing SaaS portal while developing robust internal risk controls and automated compliance systems. The ideal candidate will have the technical prowess to scrape regulatory data and the analytical mindset to build automated audit controls within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEST (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• SaaS Development: Build and maintain the client-facing SaaS portal, ensuring high performance and security.
• Compliance Engineering: Develop sophisticated compliance systems using Dataverse and Python to meet evolving regulatory standards.
• Risk Management: Manage data analytics and internal risk controls to protect organizational and client data.
• Regulatory Monitoring: Ability to scrape regulatory data and build automated compliance/audit controls to adapt to changing legal requirements.
• Systems Adaptation: Monitor and adapt systems to ensure continuous alignment with ISO 27001, NIST, and other relevant frameworks.
• Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to translate complex risk governance requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

• Compliance Expertise: Crucial requirement for deep, practical knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, and standard compliance frameworks.
• Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python and the Dataverse/Microsoft ecosystem.
• Data Science: Strong background in Data Analytics and Data Science to drive automated reporting and risk assessments.
• Analytical Mindset: Meticulous attention to detail regarding audit controls and regulatory data accuracy.
• Self-Management: Ability to work independently to manage complex projects within a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Finance, Wealth Management, or Risk Governance is significantly preferred.
• Background in financial risk management or audit.
• Experience in building or managing compliance-focused SaaS products.

Pay: R212,56 - R228,91 per hour
