Recooty is seeking an enthusiastic Associate Sales Account Executive to join our Sales team in the Human Resources/HR industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales of our SaaS products in the US market. This is a full-time position based on-site in Indore, offering the opportunity to work closely with clients and contribute to the growth of our business. Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the US market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs
• Present and demonstrate our SaaS products to potential customers
• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet and exceed targets
• Collaborate with the Sales team to develop effective sales strategies

Requirements

• Prior experience in sales, preferably in SaaS sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Comfortable to work in the US shifts.
