Marketing, Operations & Business Growth Specialist (Part-Time)

Hours: 12h per week

This role combines
• Client conversion (discovery calls) • Operational support • Marketing execution • Revenue growth
You will play a key role in turning leads into paying clients, supporting business operations, and driving brand growth. Key Responsibilities
• Client Experience & Discovery Calls (Revenue-Focused) • Conduct discovery calls with prospective clients • Clearly communicate services, pricing, and pathways • Convert leads into: • Initial consultations • Packages / meal plans • Manage inbound enquiries (email, WhatsApp, social media) • Deliver a premium, concierge-level experience • Operations & Admin • Manage bookings and client onboarding (Practice Better) • Coordinate with dietitians on availability and scheduling • Ensure smooth client journey from enquiry → consultation → follow-up • Maintain internal systems and organisation • Marketing & Content • Plan and schedule weekly content: • LinkedIn (primary) • Instagram • Email marketing (Flodesk) • Create: • Educational posts • Thought leadership • Case studies • Repurpose content efficiently across platforms • Business Growth & Lead Generation • Support: • Lead magnets • Funnels • Landing pages • Identify opportunities to increase: • Consultation bookings • Corporate leads • High-value clients • Assist with outreach and partnerships • Brand & Positioning • Maintain a premium, high-performance brand • Performance Tracking • Track: • Leads generated • Conversion rates • Revenue from conversions • Provide weekly insights and recommendations
Compensation Structure
Base Salary
• R5,000/month (12h/week)
Requirements
• Strong interest in nutrition, health, and performance • Confident on calls and client interaction • Strong communication and organisation skills • Commercial awareness (ability to convert leads) • Experience in: • Marketing / social media • OR operations / admin • OR client-facing roles
