Skills
- Proven experience in SW Sales in IoT, ER&D, Digital Engineering space and managing deals of various sizes
- Good Exp. within India Sales
Expertise needed
- Proven experience in selling SW services in IoT, OT, Digital engineering, Smart Mfg
- Strong consultative selling, communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in identifying, shaping, and converting large and complex deals across.
- Build and nurture relationships with CXOs and key decision‑makers to understand business needs and position in IoT & Digital Engineering offerings.
- Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, bid preparation, commercial negotiations, deal closure, and ensuring successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams, including pre‑sales, delivery, engineering, and leadership, to craft winning solutions.
- Representation at industry forums and events as required.
- Travel extensively for client meetings and business development activities.
- Ability to collaborate across cross‑functional, pre‑sales, delivery, engineering and leadership teams.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field is required. An MBA or a master’s degree will be preferred.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Good-to-Have
- Exposure to or representation in industry forums and professional networks
