Pre-Sales Solution Engineer Location: Zaggle is a B2B2C SaaS FinTech company, digitizing spends to drive growth and unlock value through automated and innovative workflows. We offer to corporates a unified software cum payments platform for the employee expense, benefits, rewards as well as their vendor payments and channel incentives. We are form factor agnostic and offer a variety of payments instruments including corporate credit cards, purchase cards, virtual cards, Prepaid cards, wearables etc issued in partnership with leading banks like Kotak Mahindra Bank, ICICI Bank, Yes Bank, SBI Cards, IndusInd Bank amongst others. Our platform solutions are sector-agnostic, and our network of corporate customers covers the BFSI, Technology, Healthcare, Manufacturing, FMCG, Infrastructure and Automobile industries, among others. Developing deep relationships with the key stakeholders in identified accounts. Provide customer feedback (Voice of the Customer) to the product management and engineering teams to capture new customer requirements and enhancements. Provide recommendations for overcoming technical sales objections. The Pre-Sales Solution engineer responsibilities include: developing Industry/persona/use case based POVs (Point of Views), create demo videos, execute webinars, support trade shows, competitive analysis, RFP responses, POC (Proof of concepts), customer stories development. Experience: • Prior experience working with any Expense management system, Travel applications with Expense, ERP, and related applications as Pre-sales Consultant/ Implementation Consultant/Customer Success roles. • 4-9 years of working experience in Software Pre-Sales Consulting or Implementation Consultant. • Proven success as a Pre-Sales solutions consultant or Implementation Consultant at other software companies • Experience working in a fast-moving, agile company and sales team.
Bachelors/master’s in commerce / CA / ICWA / CFA / MBA Strong understanding of modern systems architecture, including on-premise and Cloud-based systems Expert knowledge of the complete sales lifecycle with extensive experience responding to sales RFPs and configuring software demos at very high levels of quality Capability to translate business requirements into compelling software demonstrations. Technical proficiency with any EMS configuration and components and experience in demonstrating EMS workflows. A high degree of confidence in presenting software demos and leading technical pre-sales discussions including integrations.
