Job Role: Pre‑Sales Solutions Engineer

As a Pre‑Sales Solutions Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales function by delivering impactful product demonstrations and assisting in solution positioning for prospective customers across the APAC region. You will work closely with the sales, product, and customer‑facing teams to ensure a seamless and effective pre‑sales experience.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand prospect needs and propose appropriate product solutions
  • Support the pre‑sales process by addressing functional and basic technical queries from prospects
  • Prepare proposals, NDAs, agreements, and other sales‑related documentation
  • Work with internal teams to relay customer feedback and help improve solution messaging

Qualified Experience

  • An MBA Degree in Sales & Marketing is mandatory.
  • 1‑2 years of experience in pre‑sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
  • Proven track record of supporting B2B sales cycles and delivering effective product demonstrations.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (preferably Pipedrive) and productivity tools like MS Office or Google Workspace.
