Requirements
- Proven experience translating business requirements into Salesforce configurations and solution designs
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform capabilities including configuration, automation (Flows), reporting, and dashboards
- Strong experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and supporting Agile delivery teams
- Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions, and solution design discussions
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and environment management
- Experience supporting production environments, releases, and ongoing platform enhancements
- Exposure to Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Health Cloud, Public Sector Solutions) and AppExchange products
- Experience working on large, complex enterprise or digital transformation projects
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
Responsibilities
- Working with stakeholders to understand requirements and advise on the features and capabilities of the Salesforce platform
- Leads / supports Joint Application Design sessions, designs solutions, creates prototypes and wireframes, delivers Sprint Review demos
- Develops User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
- Supports Product Owner, development team members, and stakeholders
- Applies service design principles and incorporates stakeholder feedback
- Configuration and automation of complex business processes
- Configuration of reporting and dashboards
- Ensuring the system running efficiently
- Monitors new releases
- User access management
- Security management
- Data management and facilitating data governance
- Providing user support
- Providing user training
- Working with stakeholders to gather requirements for new processes
- Proactively monitoring Salesforce environments (e.g. production orgs, sandboxes)
- General Salesforce org maintenance, including adjusting configuration to ensure the smooth integration of new Salesforce releases
- Installation and testing of Salesforce apps in lower environments and in Production
