Title: Salesforce Technical Business Analyst (Tech Lead – Salesforce QA)
Experience: 8‑12 years
Location: Noida, Pune, Bengaluru

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA Lead to own end‑to‑end quality assurance for Salesforce implementations and enhancements. This role will be responsible for defining QA strategy, leading test execution across releases, and ensuring high quality, defect‑free Salesforce deliveries across Sales, Service, and Platform solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong Salesforce domain knowledge, hands‑on testing expertise, leadership capabilities, and experience working in Agile delivery models on large enterprise programs.

Key Responsibilities

QA Strategy & Governance

  • Define and own the Salesforce QA strategy across projects and releases
  • Establish QA standards, test processes, tools, and best practices
  • Ensure adherence to quality gates across SIT, UAT, regression, and production releases

Test Planning & Execution

  • Lead planning and execution of:
    • Functional testing
    • Integration testing
    • Regression testing
    • UAT support
  • Review and approve test plans, test cases, and test scripts
  • Manage defect lifecycle and ensure timely resolution with development teams

Salesforce Specific Testing

  • Validate functionality across Salesforce features including:
    • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
    • Flows, validations, approval processes
    • Apex, integrations, and security models
  • Ensure data quality, role‑based access, and sharing rules are thoroughly tested

Automation & Tools (Optional)

  • Define and oversee test automation strategy for Salesforce
  • Hands‑on or lead experience with tools such as:
    • Selenium
    • Provar
    • Copado Robotic Testing
    • Tricentis (preferred)
  • Drive regression automation for faster and more reliable releases

Agile & Release Management

  • Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Developers in Agile teams
  • Participate in sprint ceremonies and release planning
  • Ensure test readiness and quality sign‑off for each sprint and release

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce QA analysts
  • Act as the primary QA point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Provide regular reporting on:
    • Test execution status
    • Defect metrics
    • Release quality risks

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory

  • 8–12+ years of overall QA experience
  • 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce testing experience
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Salesforce data model and configuration
    • Role hierarchy, profiles, and permission sets
    • Integrations and downstream system impacts
