About the role

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

  • Strong hands on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud (Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Forecasting).
  • Expertise in Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex, Schedulers).
  • Proficiency with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and modern UI development.
  • Strong knowledge of Flows, Validation Rules, Process Automation, and Permission Models.
  • Strong understanding of SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Data Model, and Data Management.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with Data Loader, Salesforce Inspector, and Salesforce CLI.
  • Deployment experience using Copado / CI-CD pipelines.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce security model, governor limits & performance best practices.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead end to end Salesforce Sales Cloud solution design and development, including core modules such as Leads, Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities.
  • Develop scalable Apex components (Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex, and Schedulers) and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
  • Architect and deliver high quality Lightning Web Components (LWC) and modern Salesforce UI experiences.
  • Drive automation, security, and data integrity using Flows, Validation Rules, Process Automation tools, and a strong understanding of the Salesforce data model.
  • Oversee integrations and deployments using REST/SOAP APIs, Data Loader tools, and CI/CD pipelines such as Copado.
