About the role
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Strong hands on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud (Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Forecasting).
- Expertise in Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex, Schedulers).
- Proficiency with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and modern UI development.
- Strong knowledge of Flows, Validation Rules, Process Automation, and Permission Models.
- Strong understanding of SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Data Model, and Data Management.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Data Loader, Salesforce Inspector, and Salesforce CLI.
- Deployment experience using Copado / CI-CD pipelines.
- Good understanding of Salesforce security model, governor limits & performance best practices.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead end to end Salesforce Sales Cloud solution design and development, including core modules such as Leads, Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities.
- Develop scalable Apex components (Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex, and Schedulers) and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Architect and deliver high quality Lightning Web Components (LWC) and modern Salesforce UI experiences.
- Drive automation, security, and data integrity using Flows, Validation Rules, Process Automation tools, and a strong understanding of the Salesforce data model.
- Oversee integrations and deployments using REST/SOAP APIs, Data Loader tools, and CI/CD pipelines such as Copado.
