Team

Join the Enterprise Applications & Architecture (EAA) STP team, the key engineering partner for the Sales Trading & Prime (STP) business, focused on developing and managing Salesforce capabilities that support institutional sales, account management, and billing operations.

Role

As a Salesforce Developer, you will design and implement scalable and secure CRM and billing solutions aimed at sales, trading, and account management users, integrating Salesforce with pricing, contracting, and finance systems. You will collaborate with a talented engineering team and various stakeholders to enhance revenue, improve forecasting, and establish robust and auditable processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Oversee the entire delivery cycle of features and enhancements for STP, from technical design to deployment and support.
• Create and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring reliable data flows and workflows.
• Work closely with product managers, architects, and various business stakeholders to refine requirements and provide technical insights on Salesforce capabilities.
• Present demos of your work to stakeholders, incorporating their feedback into future developments.
• Design and implement data models and automation processes that can grow with the company's needs.
• Engage in code reviews, pair programming, and design discussions to uphold high standards for quality and security.
• Support operational excellence by participating in on-call rotations and resolving production issues.
• Document your technical designs and processes for clarity and continuity.
• Mentor junior developers on Salesforce best practices, contributing to overall team excellence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with comprehensive knowledge of core Salesforce concepts.
• Proven ability to design and implement Salesforce solutions in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Strong background in building integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST APIs and middleware tools.
• Solid grasp of software engineering fundamentals and design patterns.
• Experience working in a collaborative product-aligned engineering environment.
• Familiar with modern engineering practices, including version control and CI/CD.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience working effectively in a distributed team setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Background in supporting multiple Salesforce teams with shared services.
• Hands-on knowledge of multi-org Salesforce environments.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with automation tools.
• Understanding of compliance in regulated sectors.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Administrator.
• Contributions to engineering standards across teams.

Compensation

Annual base salary range (excluding equity and bonus): $135,320-$159,200 USD.
