Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced SAP Programme Manager to lead large-scale S/4HANA RISE migration programs, driving end-to-end delivery, architecture, and operations across global landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and govern SAP S/4HANA RISE migration programs (upgrades, conversions, system consolidation)
• Own SAP Basis architecture & landscape design (HANA DB, SLT, Fiori, HA/DR, transport management)
• Oversee end-to-end Basis operations including patching, upgrades, and performance optimization
• Ensure system stability, security, compliance, and ITIL-aligned operations
• Manage multi-vendor, cloud, and infrastructure stakeholders
• Drive program governance, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives

Must-Have Skills

• Strong SAP S/4HANA Basis expertise (On-Prem, Private Cloud, SAP RISE)
• Proven program / large-scale project management experience
• Deep understanding of SAP architecture (HANA, SLT, Fiori, HA/DR)
• Experience in ITIL operations, incident & service management
• Excellent leadership & stakeholder communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP RISE & Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Knowledge of SAP tools (SolMan, Focused Run, DevOps automation)
• Understanding of SAP Security, GRC, and compliance
• Integration exposure (SAP PO/PI, CPI)
• Relevant SAP / Project Management certifications
