EY is a professional services firm with a dedicated financial services business unit (FSO) focused on transforming the financial services industry. The FSO DevOps Engineer Senior Analyst will be part of the Service Delivery Center, working with US-based colleagues and advisory professionals to deliver technology projects and managed services.
The opportunity
As a DevOps Engineer, you will drive delivery and operations of the Web3 Platform supporting multiple business functions. Responsibilities include establishing DevOps best practices, CI/CD automation, infrastructure reliability, observability, secure deployment, platform design discussions, technical guidance, and ensuring scalability, resiliency, and security. You will coordinate with global teams, support troubleshooting, environment improvements, tooling enhancements, and automation. You will partner with architecture, risk, and security groups to meet compliance and operational standards.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
- Collaborate with engineers and system administrators to implement solutions.
- Automate processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Implement CI/CD processes.
- Provide technical support to development teams.
- Monitor and optimize system performance for availability, scalability, and security.
- Define and implement monitoring and alerting systems.
- Maintain and enhance security and compliance.
- Develop and maintain system documentation.
- Integrate risk and control processes and escalate as needed.
- Travel up to 20% as required.
To qualify for the role you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Infrastructure as Code development using DevSecOps pipelines.
- Proven experience in DevSecOps or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms: Azure, GCP, or AWS.
- Experience with Azure DLT (Besu, Canton).
- Experience with Azure services including VMs, VNet, Azure AD, Key Vault, Storage, Functions.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and secure software development practices.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language: Python, Go, TypeScript, or Java.
- Experience with Git-based workflows and DevOps tooling such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD.
- Experience with CNAPP.
- Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and Bicep (or CloudFormation for AWS).
- Knowledge of networking, IAM policies, and cloud-native security controls.

- Base salary range: $67,000 to $136,800 (US general); $80,300 to $155,300 (NYC Metro, Washington State, California).
