Search Engine Optimization Account Director

Role Overview: Techmagnate, a leading Digital Marketing Agency based in New Delhi, India, is seeking a General Manager / Assistant General Manager SEO to join their expanding team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of SEO professionals, driving client servicing, ensuring customer satisfaction, and staying updated on the latest digital marketing trends and techniques.

Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team comprising of SEO Managers, TLs, Senior SEOs, and Junior SEOs - Proactively drive client servicing and relations - Act as the customer's voice in the SEO Operations team - Critically examine the execution of SEO projects and troubleshoot problems - Lead client review meetings and ensure customer delight - Map customer expectations at a high level and evolve SEO practices for customer satisfaction - Ensure client retention and timely project execution - Provide timely reporting for clients - Maintain open communication channels between clients, SEO team members, and Business Development team - Possess a thorough understanding of SEO, organic search methods, Web Analytics, and Webmaster tools - Stay abreast of algorithmic updates and latest trends in internet marketing

Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 10 years of Client & Team Management experience in the Digital Marketing arena - Strong experience in managing multiple projects in an agency/client relationship model - Solid understanding of Internet Marketing principles - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to prioritize strategically and analyze large sets of data - Postgraduates with Marketing, IT, or Communications degree and/or diploma preferred
