This role serves as the Systems Architect and Chief Engineer providing technical leadership. The focus is on systems thinking, design thinking, and enterprise architecture, ensuring all hardware and software components come together into a unified, mission‑ready system. The architect must understand execution and implementation details, guiding teams toward cohesive solutions without being overly process‑driven. Ideal candidates bring a strong software‑product background, an appreciation for hardware as part of a larger system, and the ability to align diverse engineering perspectives around a single architectural vision.

Must Haves

• 10+ years of experience developing system architectures and integrations
• Experience with Agile methodologies and technical planning
• Hands‑on experience building and integrating on‑prem hardware and software solutions
• Strong knowledge of networking and external interface integration
• Active Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience supporting DoD acquisition and lifecycle processes (DoD 5000 series, etc.)
