Security Engineer

Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore

Years of experience: 6+years

Key Responsibilities: • Implement and manage Netskope SWG, CASB, and ZTNA solutions for secure web and cloud access • Configure proxy policies, traffic steering (PAC, GRE/IPSec), URL filtering, and SSL inspection • Define and enforce DLP and security policies to prevent data leakage and control user access • Monitor traffic, analyze logs, and integrate with SIEM tools for threat detection and incident response • Provide L2/L3 support , troubleshoot proxy/security issues, and optimize performance

Required Skills: • Strong hands-on experience with Netskope (SWG, CASB, ZTNA) • Expertise in Proxy technologies (Forward/Reverse Proxy) • Knowledge of Web Security, SSL/TLS, URL Filtering, DLP • Good understanding of Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS) • Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk / Sentinel) • Exposure to Cloud (Azure / AWS) and IAM (SSO, SAML, Azure AD)

Preferred Skills: • Experience with Zscaler / Bluecoat / Symantec Proxy • Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture • Hands-on with firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.) • Basic scripting knowledge (Python / PowerShell ) • Relevant certifications like Netskope Certified Cloud Security Professional (NCCSP)
