Security Product Manager

The Product Management team is seeking an enthusiastic Security Product Manager to spearhead our security strategy and shape the future of our platform. In this critical position, you'll develop a clear vision for our security functionalities, stay ahead of emerging threats and market needs, and work collaboratively across the organization to deliver a top-tier security platform that our customers trust and depend on.

Responsibilities

• Possess a comprehensive understanding of cloud-native security, articulating our technical implementations in easily understandable terms for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Manage the product roadmap for Cloud Security, Identity Access Management, and Security Center features of RelativityOne.
• Collaborate directly with Security Leads to build a strategic framework and goals across all security domains, focusing on areas such as Azure Policies, Cyber Operations tools, Kubernetes role management, and Identity & Access management platforms like Okta and Microsoft Entra.
• Define and implement the product roadmap for the security capabilities of our platform.
• Simplify complex technical features into compelling value propositions for multiple audiences.
• Align stakeholders behind a cohesive security vision and prioritize initiatives effectively.
• Have familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or OWASP.
• Proactively identify potential security gaps before they escalate into industry-wide issues, building solutions that resonate with customers and positioning Relativity as the most trusted and innovative security platform in the e-discovery sector.
• Understand technical requirements for the completion of new initiatives and ensure the team is well-prepared for success.
• Act as an indirect leader, fostering communication among internal stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind decisions, and facilitating conflict resolution among product development collaborators.
• Provide constructive feedback to peers and effectively navigate multiple perspectives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Over 5 years of product management experience in a technology-focused company.
• Solid grasp of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Proven experience with user discovery and usability testing to gather customer insights.

Relativity is dedicated to equitable and competitive compensation practices. This role features a total compensation package, including a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The anticipated salary range for this position is between $115,000 and $173,000. The final offer will be determined based on various factors such as experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Salaries at the upper end of the range are not typical, allowing for meaningful future growth in compensation.
