Responsibilities

• Taking over the preparation of annual financial statements (HGB) for five individual companies and optionally assisting with consolidated financial statements.
• Taking over the team leadership of the Accounting Team, if interested.
• First point of contact for the auditors in the context of the audit.
• Responsibility for the operational accounting of the holding company and a smaller subsidiary.
• Coordination and monitoring of the ongoing accounting of the other subsidiaries (accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed assets).
• Active participation in the optimization of accounting processes and contributing own ideas for the efficient use of DATEV.
• Acting as an interface to tax advisors and authorities, as well as supporting the preparation of reports and business analyses.

Requirements

• Successfully completed business administration degree or comparable qualification.
• Several years of relevant professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in e-commerce or retail.
• Confident handling of DATEV (Accounting, Annual Financial Statements) and MS Excel.
• Practical experience in carrying out annual financial statement work.
• Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers.
• Careful, reliable, and structured way of working with a high sense of responsibility.
• Enjoyment of clear processes, solution-oriented work, and the optimization of systems and processes.
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, as well as a respectful, committed communication style on equal terms.
