Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of sophisticated AI and Machine Learning solutions for data-driven applications and intelligent systems
• Architecture, design, and implementation of scalable AI platforms and Machine Learning pipelines
• Development, training, and optimization of complex Machine Learning and Deep Learning models
• Integration of AI solutions into existing software, cloud, and data platforms
• Technical leadership within AI projects and support for teams in implementing modern AI technologies
• Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams from software development, data engineering, and business stakeholders
• Optimization of existing AI systems regarding performance, scalability, and reliability
• Ensuring best practices in AI architecture, model management, and deployment

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a comparable technical field
• Several years of professional experience in the development and implementation of AI and Machine Learning solutions
• Very good programming skills in Python and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) as well as modern data platforms and AI infrastructures
• Knowledge in MLOps, model deployment, and scalable AI systems
• Experience in technical leadership of projects or teams is an advantage
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset as well as high initiative
• Very good German or English skills for effective collaboration in an international environment
