As part of strengthening its AI teams, our client is recruiting a Senior AI Engineer to participate in the development of advanced AI systems in production.

Reporting to the AI & Data team, you will be involved in the design, development, and industrialization of artificial intelligence components at the core of the platform's future services.

Your role will be key in developing modern AI architectures capable of orchestrating complex workflows, leveraging advanced language models, and interacting with various business systems.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Design and develop AI architectures based on LLMs
• Develop RAG systems and intelligent agents
• Participate in the orchestration of complex AI workflows
• Industrialize AI models and pipelines in production
• Optimize the performance, scalability, and robustness of systems
• Collaborate closely with Data, Product, and Backend teams
• Maintain active technological watch on AI market developments.

You will work in a modern, production-oriented technical environment with a strong culture of innovation, rapid experimentation, and industrialization of AI solutions.

Qualifications

With a higher education background in computer science, artificial intelligence, or machine learning, you have at least 5 years of confirmed experience in production AI environments.

You have excellent command of:

• Python
• ML / Deep Learning / GenAI environments
• Modern LLM architectures
• RAG systems
• AI agents
• Production deployment and LLMOps issues.

You are also comfortable with:

• Azure
• Docker
• Kubernetes
• Git
• CI/CD pipelines
• Modern cloud environments.

Experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGPT), vector databases, knowledge graphs, or multi-tenant SaaS environments will be a real asset.

Conditions

• Location: Strasbourg (67) - hybrid mode
• Compensation: €65-80K gross annual salary depending on profile and experience
