Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions that enhance lead generation workflows and advertiser performance.
• Build and optimize predictive, NLP, and LLM-based models to power automation, personalization, and recommendation systems.
• Design experimentation frameworks and analyze results to guide product and business decisions.
• Develop scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows to support real-time and batch analytics.
• Implement and maintain production-ready ML systems with strong governance, monitoring, and reliability.
• Partner with product, engineering, and analytics teams to deliver end-to-end AI features.
• Drive innovation by evaluating and applying emerging AI/ML and GenAI technologies.
• Communicate insights and model results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Establish best practices for data security, compliance, and responsible AI usage.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or software engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and modern ML frameworks.
• Proven experience building and deploying machine learning models in production.
• Experience working with LLMs and Generative AI models (e.g., Llama, Gemini, or similar).
• Solid background in data mining, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.
• Expertise in designing and evaluating experiments and A/B tests.
• Experience working with large-scale data systems (Hadoop, Hive, Presto, BigQuery, etc.).
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to operate independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in advertising, marketing analytics, growth, or lead optimization.
• Background in building AI-powered recommendation or decision-support systems.
• Cloud experience with AWS and/or GCP.
• PMP or equivalent project leadership experience.
• Experience driving high-impact initiatives from ideation to launch
