Senior AI / ML Engineer (Cloud, GenAI & Analytics)

Key Responsibilities

AI / ML & Generative AI (Primary)

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions including: Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, LLMs, Generative AI
• Build and operationalize end-to-end ML pipelines including: Feature engineering, Model training, Deployment, Monitoring
• Design and optimize LLM architectures, including: Prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI workflow orchestration
• Lead AI experimentation, prototyping, and innovation initiatives to solve complex business problems.
• Implement MLOps, CI/CD, governance, observability, and AI security best practices.
• Translate AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes.

Data Engineering & Analytics (Secondary)

• Build scalable data pipelines supporting AI and analytics workloads.
• Design and manage Snowflake cloud data platforms.
• Develop ETL / ELT pipelines using: Azure Data Factory (ADF), Equivalent tools
• Create dashboards and analytical reporting using: Power BI, Tableau
• Ensure data quality, performance, and reliability across enterprise pipelines.

Must Haves

• Strong Python programming for AI/ML development and analytics.
• Hands-on expertise with: Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, LLMs, Generative AI
• Proven experience delivering production-grade AI solutions.
• Strong experience with RAG architectures and prompt engineering.
• Experience with Snowflake and cloud data platforms.
• Experience with ADF or similar ETL/ELT tools.
• Strong knowledge of: CI/CD, DevOps, Cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical solutions to business stakeholders.
• Lead-level ownership and architecture experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience with: MLOps, Model monitoring, Observability platforms
• Experience with: Vector databases, Embeddings, Semantic search
• Experience integrating LLMs with enterprise systems.
• Telecom or large-scale enterprise data experience.
• Experience working in Agile enterprise teams.
