Key Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced research in areas such as deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, reinforcement learning, and generative models.
• Design, implement, and optimize novel AI algorithms and machine learning models.
• Develop and train complex neural networks and other ML architectures.
• Translate research findings into practical AI applications and prototypes.
• Collaborate with other researchers and engineers to solve challenging problems and drive innovation.
• Evaluate and benchmark the performance of AI models and systems.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and ML research and technologies.
• Contribute to research publications and present findings at leading conferences.
• Write high-quality, well-documented code for research and development purposes.
• Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the team's technical growth.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of relevant research and development experience in AI/ML.
• Proven expertise in one or more AI subfields (e.g., NLP, Computer Vision, Reinforcement Learning).
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Experience with data manipulation, analysis, and large‑scale data processing.
• Solid understanding of mathematical foundations of machine learning (linear algebra, calculus, probability, statistics).
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and distributed computing is a plus.
• A strong publication record in top‑tier AI conferences and journals is highly valued.
