Senior AI Research Scientist, Machine Learning

Key Responsibilities: Conduct advanced research in machine learning, deep learning, and related AI fields. Design, develop, and implement novel ML algorithms and models for complex problems. Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and train sophisticated models. Develop and execute experimental methodologies to validate research hypotheses and model performance. Collaborate with a team of world-class researchers and engineers to advance AI capabilities. Publish research findings in leading AI conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) and journals. Contribute to the development of AI-powered products and services. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning research. Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the intellectual growth of the team. Contribute to patent applications and intellectual property development. Present research findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ensure ethical considerations are integrated into AI development processes. Qualifications: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related field. Minimum of 7 years of post-graduate research experience in AI/ML. Proven track record of impactful research, evidenced by publications in top-tier venues and/or patents. Deep expertise in various machine learning techniques (e.g., deep neural networks, reinforcement learning, probabilistic graphical models). Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). Strong mathematical background, including linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a distributed, remote team environment. Strong communication and presentation skills.
