Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain scalable machine learning systems and predictive models. Conduct research and development into new AI/ML techniques and applications. Perform data mining and analysis to identify patterns, insights, and actionable features for model development. Implement and optimize various machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning). Develop and manage data pipelines for efficient data ingestion, transformation, and feature engineering. Deploy ML models into production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to integrate ML solutions into products and services. Evaluate model performance, conduct A/B testing, and iterate on models to improve accuracy and effectiveness. Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related fields through research and continuous learning. Contribute to the team's knowledge base through code reviews, documentation, and presentations. Ensure ethical considerations and data privacy are paramount in all development and deployment processes. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to model performance and production systems. Qualifications: A Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related quantitative field. A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or a closely related role. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and experience with relevant ML frameworks. Strong understanding of statistical modeling, data mining, and various machine learning algorithms. Experience with data processing and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop). Proven experience in deploying ML models to production and MLOps practices. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their ML services is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote setting. Experience with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision is highly desirable.
