Senior AI/ML Research Engineer

Responsibilities: Conduct cutting-edge research in AI and Machine Learning, focusing on areas like NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning, or deep learning. Design, develop, and implement novel machine learning algorithms and models. Experiment with and evaluate different modeling techniques and architectures. Optimize models for performance, scalability, and deployment in production environments. Collaborate with product managers and software engineers to integrate AI/ML solutions into our products and services. Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML research and apply them to solve challenging problems. Publish research findings in leading academic conferences and journals. Mentor junior researchers and engineers. Qualifications: Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field. Proven track record of research and development in AI/ML, with publications in top conferences/journals. Strong theoretical foundation in machine learning, deep learning, statistics, and algorithms. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python. Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras). Experience with data processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed computing frameworks is a plus.
