Job Purpose (Job Summary)

Reporting is an essential part of our business, leading effective clients’ investment decision making based on their financial objectives. This job requires maintaining highest standards of Client, Regulatory, Financial & Product Reporting for Invesco’s institutional/ retail clients and business partners by being responsible for the administration of Invesco’s products and defined portfolios.

Key Responsibilities / Duties

  • Responsible for reviewing reports produced by junior staff and the vendors on defined frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly etc.) by validating the data against source applications and publish these reports to clients, regulators and vendors via email or publish on platforms as needed.
  • Able to handle basic queries from internal stakeholders and clients; assist senior team members in complex queries
  • To be able to work under direct supervision and assist in transitioning of work from local offices
  • Strictly adhere to policies & procedures while producing reports and due diligence in completing with highest standards and accuracy
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate and complete process documentation
  • Analyze the current process flow, requirements and areas of improvement, propose ideas that results in time or cost savings
  • Articulate business requirements in concise and efficient manner with multiple teams. Use the 'why' techniques to identify the root cause
  • Ensure Team Lead/ Manager is made aware of any item which is deemed to be aware of

Work Experience / Knowledge

  • 3-4 years of previous experience in financial services industry, with exposure to investment operations
  • Knowledge of financial industry fundamentals and asset classes, mutual fund framework, investment life cycle and market participants
  • Product and industry knowledge of ESG concepts, SFDR-MIFID-EMIR regulations, GAAP & IFRS standards
