Role Overview

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 4 year(s)

Responsibilities

You will showcase your experience in:

• Creating AI and Generative AI solutions, including analytical model development, prompt engineering, and programming (e.g., Python).
• Documenting and analyzing business processes to identify AI opportunities, including gathering requirements and forming initial hypotheses.
• Collaborating with client teams to understand business challenges and select suitable analytical models for AI use cases.
• Designing AI/GenAI architectures tailored for client needs, including plugin-based and custom application builds.
• Processing both unstructured and structured data for use in large language models, including SQL query development and database integration.
• Managing daily operations of global data and analytics teams during client engagements and providing feedback on developed models.
• Guiding data engineers and scientists to deliver effective solutions that meet client needs.
• Leading the development of proofs of concept and production use cases within cross-functional teams.
• Structuring and delivering client presentations.
• Mentoring associates through coaching and performance feedback.

Additional Experience

You should also have experience in:

• Managing AI application development teams with a focus on both front-end and back-end integrations.
• Utilizing Python libraries (e.g., Pandas, NLTK, Scikit-learn, Keras), LLM development frameworks, and database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
• Familiarity with analytical techniques including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Optimization.
• Experience with vectorization and embedding, prompt engineering, and developing retrieval-augmented generation workflows.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of version control systems, testing methodologies, and CI/CD practices.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $77,000 to $202,000, depending on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. Eligible employees can receive an annual discretionary bonus. PwC offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, vacation, and more.
