Join the Grant Thornton team as a Senior Associate in HRIS, focusing on Oracle Recruiting. We are seeking an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the Oracle HCM Cloud suite, particularly within the Recruiting (ORC) and Core HR modules. This is an exciting opportunity to design, implement, and support comprehensive recruitment solutions tailored to our business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze recruitment-related requirements.
- Enhance existing configurations and implement Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) capabilities for new entities, including job requisitions and candidate management.
- Contribute to Core HR configurations related to Pending Worker, Onboarding, and Hiring processes.
- Lead workshops to translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Define recruitment templates, approval hierarchies, and security roles.
- Configure Redwood UX and Recruiting Analytics for an improved user experience.
- Support system testing and participate in go-live and hyper-care phases.
- Conduct data extracts, manage integrations, and support HDL/HSDL uploads.
- Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and training materials.
- Provide ongoing support and facilitate knowledge transfer within the team.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Recruiting and Core HR.
- Familiarity with Journeys, Self-Service (MSS/ESS), and Redwood/VB UX configuration.
- Experience in multi-country ORC implementations.
- Knowledge of Fast Formulas, HDL/HSDL, and data migration processes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
- Project management experience.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Certifications in Recruiting/HR and Core HR.
- Proven influencing and coaching capabilities within teams.
- Exposure to AI Agents is a plus.
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is between $76,000 and $114,000 annually. This role supports Grant Thornton's internal HRIS needs and is a great opportunity to impact our recruitment processes positively.
