As a key member of the technology team, you will ensure stability across critical business applications. This role goes beyond basic support; you’ll be responsible for L2/L3 incident management, long-term fixes, and collaborating with diverse teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in deploying and managing applications on Azure, creating and deploying AI/ML models, and will excel in a collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain stability of business-critical production applications
- Lead L2/L3 triage and root-cause analysis
- Drive improvements in processes and documentation
- Foster strong communication between cross-functional teams
- Support Power Platform and middleware integrations
Requirements:
- 3–5 years in application support within enterprise settings
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure services
- Experience in AI/ML model deployment on Azure
- Familiar with Power Apps and Power Automate
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
