Role: Support the setup and rollout of an enterprise Azure DevOps (ADO) platform.

• Nearshore or Offshore resources only

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement an enterprise ADO platform (governance, structure, templates).
• Build standardized CI/CD pipelines (YAML), agent strategy, permissions, and reusable onboarding packages.
• Implement multi‑tenancy concepts (RBAC, isolation, audit separation).
• Embed SDLC security controls into CI/CD (SAST, SCA, secret scanning, DAST).
• Define and support migration approach (pilot → phased rollout).

Required Skills

• Azure DevOps expert (pipelines, repos, artifacts, permissions, agent pools).
• Enterprise platform architecture experience.
• Multi‑tenancy and security‑by‑design mindset.
• Automation/IaC approach and strong documentation.
