The Role

Build and scale data infrastructure for our digital pathology platform. You'll design services and APIs that enable high-throughput access to medical image data for machine learning, lead technical initiatives, and drive improvements to our SaaS product. Work closely with frontend and ML teams to deliver solutions that power biomedical analyses.

What We Are Looking For

• 6+ years of experience with distributed systems in data intensive environments
• Strong background in software development, ideally with Python
• Experience with cloud providers (GCP/AWS), Kubernetes, database systems and CI/CD pipelines
• Track record leading technical initiatives with cross-team impact
• Driven self-starter, well-organized, excellent communication skills and a strong team player with a focus on quality

Ideally, you also have:

• Team leadership experience
• Data processing systems knowledge
• Regulated environment background

• Take ownership end-to-end with a strong business context awareness
• Collaborate closely with frontend and ML teams; conduct thoughtful code reviews
