Key Responsibilities: • Market bench consultants to vendors and clients • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendor networks • Understand client requirements and match suitable candidates • Negotiate billing rates and contract terms • Handle end-to-end bench sales activities • Work independently on assigned requirements

Requirements: • 1 2+ years of experience in bench sales • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Good understanding of vendor networks and rate negotiation • Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously • Willing to work from the office (KPHB, Hyderabad)
