Senior Blockchain Engineer / Architect (Solana-Based System)

We are designing a high-performance blockchain system built from a Solana-based foundation, with a strong focus on security, execution architecture, and system-level integrity.

We are looking for a Senior Blockchain Engineer / Architect capable of operating at the intersection of protocol design, distributed systems, and security architecture.

This role is for builders who understand systems deeply — not just how they work, but how they fail.

What We’re Looking For

You are:

• A senior engineer (8+ years) with strong experience in backend and distributed systems
• Deeply familiar with Solana architecture (runtime, Sealevel, validators, accounts model)
• Comfortable working at the infrastructure and execution layer, not only application layer
• Able to reason about system integrity, failure modes, and attack surfaces
• Someone who can challenge architecture decisions, not just execute them

Core Responsibilities

• Architect and design a blockchain system derived from Solana principles
• Work on execution model, transaction processing, and system behavior
• Design and implement secure on-chain logic and system constraints
• Define and enforce security-first architecture across the stack
• Contribute to validator-level and network-level design decisions
• Collaborate on on-chain / off-chain interaction models
• Optimize for performance, determinism, and scalability

Technical Requirements

• Strong experience with:
  • Rust (mandatory)
  • Solana ecosystem (runtime, programs, RPC, validator behavior)
  • High-performance / parallel execution systems
• Solid understanding of:
  • Distributed systems design
  • Transaction execution pipelines
  • Security primitives and attack mitigation
• Experience with:
  • Low-level system design or protocol engineering
  • Performance optimization and system constraints
