Your Role

You are a passionate IT Consultant (w/m/d) and want to work in a dynamic environment? As a partner to our clients in the insurance industry, you will take on responsible tasks in groundbreaking projects where modern technologies – including AI-based approaches – play a central role.

This position is full-time and part-time at the following locations: Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Hannover, Cologne, Munich, and Ratingen.

• You advise our clients on all questions regarding the modernization or introduction of insurance core systems – also in the exciting context of AI solutions.
• Together with decision-makers on the client side (business and IT), you develop innovative solution strategies.
• You maintain a holistic view of the business challenges of the industry and the projects.
• You take responsibility for technical architecture topics in consulting and implementation projects.
• You share your expertise not only internally but also in the global community. You contribute to publications and pass on your know-how to colleagues.

Your Profile

• Min. 5 years of professional experience in IT consulting and software development projects in the insurance industry
• Very good know-how of business processes and insurance core systems, as well as strengths in methodology, design, technology, and integration
• Excellent communication skills, leadership competence, and high customer orientation
• Occasional willingness to travel for projects and fluent German and English language skills
