This position can be filled full-time or part-time.

• You will develop and design customized IT solutions in an agile team, primarily using modern programming languages, frameworks, and cloud solutions such as Java, Spring Boot, Angular, or Microservices.
• You will be involved in the entire agile software development process for front-end and back-end solutions: from analysis and business conception, through the design of distributed and modern microservices in a software engineering environment, to the implementation and testing of these solutions.
• You will work on the further development of existing software applications as well as on complete new developments.
• Within the team, you will analyze and evaluate the customer's processes and IT, identify potential for improvement, and use modern AI-supported analysis and automation tools where appropriate.
• Over time, you can develop into a Senior/Managing Software Engineer according to your preferences and skills, or switch tracks and become, for example, a Delivery Architect or Project Manager.

Your Profile

• University degree with good results in (Business) Informatics, Mathematics, Physics, or another IT-related field of study.
• Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in software engineering, object-oriented programming, and microservices, and ideally already experience in using AI tools.
• Initial experience in leading small projects or sub-projects, or in architectural tasks.
• Sound experience in Java technologies (Java, Hibernate, Spring Boot) or in web development (Angular, HTML5, CSS, TypeScript, and JavaScript).
• Experience in versioning (branching and merging concepts) of program code (GIT, SVN) as well as connecting databases (RDBMS, No-SQL) and APIs (REST, Web Services). Ideally, you have already used cloud services from AWS, GCP, or MS Azure in your projects.
• Independent work as well as teamwork with colleagues (also at near/offshore locations) and the customer.
• You can communicate well and convincingly and enjoy being part of a team whose spirit drives us.
• You enjoy new topics – especially innovative technologies such as AI, automated code testing, or generative development – because technological progress never rests.
• Project-related willingness to travel and very good German and English skills.
