Requirements

• Business analysis experience in project using the Agile methodology.
• Business System Analyst experience including requirements analysis, design activities, testing and training.
• Experience in business analysis of social services or case and care management.
• Experience coordinating and facilitating requirements-gathering activities such as workshops or working sessions.
• Experience validating requirements through testing
• Current certification from a recognized professional business analysis association, such as IIBA, Safe, Agile, etc.
• Experience with Health and/or Social Services.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and/or HealthCloud.
