Lead the development and optimization of financial data solutions as a Senior Data & BI Engineer. Work in a hybrid role to enhance forecasting and reporting capabilities with advanced analytics.

As a key member of the FP&A team, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of enterprise-level datasets and data pipelines. Your role entails collaborating with various departments to ensure impactful financial reporting while utilizing cutting-edge technologies like Azure and Power BI. You'll need to maintain high coding standards and drive best practices in data governance and quality.

Enable data-driven financial decisions by leveraging your expertise in analytics and fostering collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Build production-grade data pipelines using Azure Databricks
• Develop and optimize semantic models for finance
• Create Power BI dashboards with DAX and security measures
• Maintain documentation of data processes and practices
• Coach team members on data analytics best practices

Requirements

• 5–8+ years in Business Intelligence or Data roles
• Expertise in Databricks, Power BI, and SQL practices
• Proven ability in financial analytics and reporting
• Proficient in Python for data transformation
• Strong mentoring and communication skills
