Team

Client Engineering at SIX is an international team of experts responsible for the operation, optimization and continuous development of digital workspaces including client virtualisation. Our mission is to provide reliable, secure and compliant products to our colleagues, partners and customers. You will lead by example through hands‑on engineering and deep technical expertise—while living the SIX values of Customer Focus, Collaboration, Ownership, and Trust.

What You Will Do

• Take technical ownership for the operation and engineering of our Citrix end‑user and partner infrastructure.
• Design and integrate new services into the existing environment.
• Cooperate and coordinate with our various business units for audits, penetration tests and security engineering.
• Drive platform automation and the evolution towards hybrid‑cloud architectures.
• Support planned out‑of‑hours activities and participate in on‑call rotations for major incidents.

What You Bring

• Expert level experience with on‑premises Citrix CVAD and NetScaler in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience as a Senior System Engineer with Windows OS, PowerShell and hybrid‑cloud products, preferably in highly regulated environments.
• Exposure to Azure Virtual Desktop would be a plus.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written). German and/or Spanish would be a plus.
