What awaits you with us

• Shaping power instead of slide work: You will advise our clients on their journey to modern New Input Management – from strategic target picture creation to operational implementation.
• Digitalization & Automation: Analysis, design, and optimization of document and data-driven end-to-end processes across all input channels (mail, email, portals, voice, APIs, ...).
• Intelligent Data Processing (IDP): Conception, implementation, and further development of AI-supported input management solutions (OCR, classification, extraction, NLP, ML).
• Solution Delivery: Building and integrating modern platforms.
• Business, Pre-Sales & Project Responsibility: Participation in pitches, business cases, and offer strategies, conducting workshops, and managing clients and teams, including responsibility for project phases and quality of results.

What you bring with you

• Qualification: Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Natural Sciences, Mathematics, or a comparable qualification.
• Project Experience: Over 5 years of solid project experience in AI-supported Input Management (IDP), including automation frameworks and cloud platforms like Azure and AWS.
• Expert: Demonstrable expertise in architectures, data flows, and technologies of modern AI-supported Input Management.
• Design: Knowledge in designing end-to-end automation, including dark processing rates, governance, operations, and scalability.
• Insurance: Ideally, experience in regulated industries such as (re)insurance or banking.
• Professional Demeanor: Confident presence at management level, strong communication skills, structured way of working.
• Communication & Mobility: Very good German and good English skills, as well as flexible, project-related willingness to travel.
