Hiring: Senior Data Engineer – FinTech | UAE TCG is exclusively partnering with a fast-growing fintech company in the UAE as they scale a modern data & payments platform. We’re looking for a Senior Data Engineer who wants real ownership, impact, and the chance to shape data architecture at scale. • **🇦🇪 Must be located in the UAE 🇦🇪*** What you’ll be doing:
Design, build, and own scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines Work with high-volume transactional & event-driven data Improve data quality, reliability, and performance Enable analytics, reporting, and real-time use cases Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and analytics Influence key technical decisions as the platform scales
What we’re looking for: • ** Must Have FinTech + Payment Experience***
4+ years proven experience as a Senior Data Engineer Strong cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Hands‑on with Airflow, dbt, Spark / PySpark Exposure to streaming technologies (Kafka, Kinesis, or similar) Startup experience is a big plus
